Conduct a blend of routine and specialized laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.

Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.

Assist with specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all laboratory processes, mentor new colleagues or students, and uphold quality standards within the lab environment.

Ensure a clean, safe workplace while adhering to all relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be attained within one year of employment.

Continuous maintenance of current certification throughout employment is expected.
