Job Description:

Location: Queens, NY
Position: Nurse Practitioner
Specialty: Primary Care
Structure: Outpatient (No call)
Start: 30-60 days Days
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours)
Duties: Consultations, Follow up, Physical exams
EMR: Epic
Support: Full Office Staff and APP
Compensation: 120-145K
Benefits: Full Package

Qualifications:

Unrestricted NY license
BC/BE as a Nurse Practitioner
Active DEA registration
Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
