Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in Outpatient and Home Health settings
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift Type: Days
• Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 1/2 hour lunch
• Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per day
