Role Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—while adhering to established protocols.
• Review test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and undertake maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, onboard new personnel or interns, and uphold stringent laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, as well as preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment.
• Ensure continuous certification is maintained throughout your employment.
