Description – What You'll Do

• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Accurate documentation of procedures and training of new staff or students to uphold the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
