How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the daily workflow and medical imaging activities for the Radiologic Technologist team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Provide direct patient care by accurately positioning patients and selecting anatomic parameters for high-quality diagnostic imaging and PACS submission.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives by monitoring clinical documentation in the EMR and troubleshooting imaging equipment for maximum operational safety.
• Coordinate staff orientation and clinical training while providing actionable feedback for Radiologic Technologist performance evaluations and professional development.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain strict compliance with regulatory agency standards and healthcare safety protocols within the department.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiology credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
