Compensation and Benefits Package (Competitive for Chicago Market):
Base salary $450,000–$550,000+ (three-year guarantee)
Productivity incentives / RVU-based bonuses

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies (leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, etc.)
Manage benign hematology consults and non-malignant blood disorders as needed
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including systemic therapies (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted agents)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (radiology, pathology, surgery, radiation oncology, palliative care) for optimal patient outcomes
Participate in tumor board discussions and quality initiatives
Deliver patient-centered care with strong emphasis on communication, shared decision-making, and supportive services
Qualifications
Board-certified/eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology (dual-boarded preferred)
Fellowship-trained from an accredited program
Eligible for Illinois medical license
Strong clinical skills, patient-centered approach, team player

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000 -$550,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
