Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a RN for a Level 3/4 NICU night shift position requiring a TX or compact license and recent NICU experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in a Level 3/4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Responsible for care of critically ill newborns and preterm infants
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week contract assignment
Provide specialized nursing care to high-risk neonatal patients
No local candidates will be considered for this position
Only U.S. candidates are eligible for consideration
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as part of the schedule

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year recent NICU RN experience required
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition card required
No gaps over 90 days in work history within the past 12 months
Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
U.S. Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Professional references required as per state guidelines
