Qualification and Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States.
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
1.5 years of experience as a Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)
American Heart Association BLS
Must have experience in EPIC and acute care hospital case management
An active, current (NY) state license
