• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging

• Work closely with radiologists and referring healthcare providers to guarantee exceptional quality in diagnostic imaging
• Operate and maintain imaging apparatus, promptly reporting any issues
• Document procedures accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of innovations in ultrasound imaging methods and standards of practice

Educational Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is favored

Required Certifications

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or comparable
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
