Title: Surgical Technologist – CVOR
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day 8-Hour (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) with regular call and holiday call

Job Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate in cardiovascular, open-heart, vascular, and endovascular procedures
Support high-volume surgical environment with 30–40 cases per day
Work across multiple ORs including:
- 4 Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical Systems
- 2 Endovascular ORs
- 2 Cardiothoracic ORs
- 1 BrainSuite
- 2 Trauma ORs
- 1 Cystoscopy OR
Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments
Assist with setup, instrumentation, and case management for all CVOR, open-heart, and vascular procedures
Participate in Level 1 trauma cases as required
Adhere to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and documentation requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of CVOR experience in the last 6 months
2+ years of open-heart, vascular, and endovascular surgical experience
Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
BLS certification
Level 1 Trauma experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-OR environment with high case volume

Preferred Skills:

Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (Da Vinci Xi)
Strong teamwork and communication skills for interdisciplinary OR collaboration
Ability to handle complex surgical instrumentation and case setup efficiently
