24-hour shifts 5am-5am with minimum 7 shifts per month
38 patients per shift
Level II/NICU nursery care
EMR: Epic
Ventilation management and nitric oxide use
Chest tube insertion and exchange transfusions
Attending high risk deliveries
Onsite call room available
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
