Ensure the workspace is clean and safe, while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.

Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate deeply with healthcare teams.

Adept in independent judgment and problem-solving amid fast-paced or challenging situations.
