Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design specific therapy strategies to help them reach their personal goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven practices to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide guidance and education to patients and their families, ensuring continued progress in the home environment
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor patient development and adapt treatment plans as needed to stay aligned with their recovery journey

Education

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current OTR/L license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is mandatory
