Role Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Sonographer/Ultrasound Technician eager to join our expanding team of imaging experts delivering outstanding patient-focused care. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct an array of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and other specialized imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety by explaining procedures with empathy and transparency
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to provide exceptional diagnostic imagery
• Operate imaging equipment, monitoring its functionality and reporting any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and manage patient information within the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging methods and industry best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
