How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver specialized, compassionate Mother-Baby nursing care, focusing on optimal patient well-being and recovery in alignment with best practices.
• Coordinate comprehensive care across all disciplines, serving as the central link to ensure a seamless and holistic patient journey for both mother and infant.
• Develop and continuously monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting interventions to achieve positive, desired health outcomes.
• Facilitate discharge planning by assessing patient needs and collaborating with the health-care team to ensure a safe, supported transition home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Perinatal experience is preferred.
