📌 Requirements

Active Michigan RN license
Minimum 2 years of PCU/Step-Down experience
BLS (AHA)
NIH, OCN
Flu vaccine required
Ability to float to other med-surg units
Availability for full orientation week
Special Procedures/Unit Details: CAPD, chemotherapy
Special Equipment: bipap/cpap

📌 Skills Required
Step-Down / PCU nursing
IV therapy (starting and maintaining IVs)
Oncology patient care
Chemotherapy administration (preferred)
Monitoring patients receiving chemotherapy
Care of adult and geriatric patients
