Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound / Sonography Technologist to enhance our team of imaging experts committed to providing exceptional patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Place a strong emphasis on patient comfort and safety during the imaging process, clearly explaining each phase with empathy
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting any malfunctions immediately
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and manage patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay well-informed on advancements in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification desired
