Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group seeks a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine.

Current California State NP or PA license

Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (NPs)

CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (PAs)

Active DEA registration

Preferred:

6 months or more of related primary care experience as an APC (Advanced Practice Clinician - NP or PA)
