Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, creating tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications, such as in geriatrics or neurology, are considered advantageous
