Position Overview

• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations for each process
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver top-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Accurately log procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

• Strong technical skills in sonographic imaging and patient positioning
