RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health (Temporary Role)

Salary Range: $92,000 - $98,000

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a RN Clinical Supervisor for a temporary role (13 weeks to 6 months). Ideal candidate has homecare supervisory experience as well as knowledge of Epic, 485's, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and has experience with care coordination/case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge

• Manage care delivery and supervise personnel

• Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations

• Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives

• Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (in applicable state)

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred

• Supervisory experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use

• Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities

• Active driver's license

• Reliable transportation
