Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our growing team dedicated to delivering uncompromising care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, articulating each step with warmth and care
• Engage closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic imagery
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment with diligence, swiftly reporting any issues
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of innovations in ultrasound imaging techniques and current best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

Skills Needed

• Proficient technical abilities in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
