Unit: Cardiac Open Heart Surgery (CVOR)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: 252 S 4th St, Lebanon, PA 17042

Schedule

Shift: Day shift – 5x8s
Hours: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Call: Every 3rd weekday + 1–2 weekends per month
Weekends and Holidays: As needed

Required Qualifications

Active RN license (no license hits accepted – hard stop)
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
EPIC EMR experience required
Ability to take CVOR call
Must pass facility compliance and clinical prescreen
Must comply with tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility policy

Additional Requirements and Notes

COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
RTO: Maximum of 7 days
Travelers may care for COVID patients
Modules are billable and completed pre-start (5–6 hours)
Travel pairs accepted (matching schedules not guaranteed)
