Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are hiring a motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based care in a modern outpatient clinic. This role focuses on treating orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical patients in a supportive, fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using manual techniques, exercise, and modalities
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home programs
Track and document patient progress using EMR
Collaborate with referring providers and rehab team

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active Texas PT license
CPR certification preferred
Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab experience a plus
Excellent communication and time management skills
