Physicians in this role spend most of their time in clinical care while dedicating a portion to leadership and quality improvement initiatives-ideal for physicians who enjoy both practicing medicine and shaping the future of care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
- Highly competitive salary: $250,000-$317,000 (based on experience)
- Annual bonus: $50,000 for 2 years
- Incentives: Monthly RVU and quarterly quality bonuses + director stipend

- Active, unrestricted medical license (CA)
- DEA license (required prior to start)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS/AOA-recognized specialty preferred)
- Eligible for Medicare participation
- FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
