Your Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, either independently or in collaboration with physicians, based on your credentials
• Guiding patients and families in preventive care, wellness practices, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions within your scope of practice

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited program for Nurse Practitioners

Mandatory Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or the ability to obtain these within 90 days)
