Description – What You Will Contribute

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, address errors, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
• Keep thorough documentation of all procedures, guide new hires or students, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
• Sustain a clean and safe workspace whilst following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Licenses and Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintaining current certification throughout your career within our organization.
