We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Indiana. In this role, you will perform high-quality blood collection procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team to deliver accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collection with high accuracy.
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
Maintain and operate phlebotomy equipment following safety protocols.
Label, process, and transport specimens for laboratory analysis.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications:

Certification in Phlebotomy (CPT).
Valid state licensure in Indiana.
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
