EP Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technologist in a cardiovascular operating room or EP lab
• Proven experience with ablations, Watchman procedures, and cardiac device implantations
• Active New Jersey licensure (NJ healthcare jobs requirement)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Mandatory flu vaccination (no declinations accepted)

Cardiovascular Technologist Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures, including ablations, Watchman device placements, and cardiac device implantations
• Maintain a sterile surgical environment to ensure patient safety and infection control
• Set up, operate, and verify EP lab equipment and surgical instruments
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards in the operating room
