MLee Healthcare has been engaged by a client to recruit a Physical Therapist for their growing team in the beautiful mountains of Southern California.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Basic computer skills, good interpersonal skills, basic organizational and time management skills, basic knowledge, and skills to care for the physical needs of the population served
Advanced skills/certifications in specialty areas, such as NDT, geriatric, orthopedics, etc (preferred)
Current California license as a Physical Therapist and CPR, or compact license.
Work/educational experience in the healthcare field
One year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities:

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family
Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient
Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel
