Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds - 30

· Number of Staff – 82

· Type of staff:

o Day/night Shift – 2 CHARGE/15 NURSES but depends on acuity and 1:1 needs

· Patient Ratios – 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1

· Type of equipment - CRRT, IABP, Impella (not mandatory for contracts)

· EMR - Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· ICU EXPERIENCE WITH VENTILATOR AND CARDIOVASCULAR DRIPS

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· NEURO EXPERIENCE

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· THORACENTESIS

· ARTERIAL LINE AND CENTRAL LINE PLACEMENT

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· ACLS, BLS

Floating Area(s):

· IMU

Weekends and On call(if any)

· 4 WEEKEND SHIFTS PER SCHEDULE. NO ON CALL
