• Assist in specimen collection and the preparation of samples for various tests.
• Document every procedure meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain the laboratory's quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation to obtain ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment tenure.
