Position Overview

Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, carefully explaining each phase with empathy and clarity
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Precisely document procedures and maintain patient records in our electronic medical system

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
