Employment Type: Local Contract

·2-3 Years of LTAC or Critical Care (CCU, ICU, strong IMC/Stepdown) experience

· Be comfortable titrating drips if needed

· Be comfortable with Trachs/Vents

· Ratios ranging from 3:1 to 6:1 depending on unit working on:

o Med Surge 6:1

o Step down 5:1

o High Observation 3 or 4:1 (depending on acuity)
