Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' requirements and formulate individualized therapy strategies to facilitate their journey towards achieving functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Adapt evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nursing staff, ensuring a comprehensive, patient-centered care experience
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic practices to promote sustained improvement at home
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical advancements, modifying treatment plans as required to ensure optimal patient progress

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
