How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Provide direct, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting, triaging and managing patients with a wide range of acute conditions.

• Implement and monitor individualized care plans, documenting patient status and communicating critical changes to the care team.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient care and effective patient transitions.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
