Envision Physician Services is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants at Desert View Hospital!

One year of ER experience required.

Position Profile:

21,000 annual ED volume
12% admission rate
17% transfer rate (higher level of care)
Bed layout
- 11 main ED beds
- 4 hallway beds (typically inuse during peak hours)
- 5 Fast Track beds/chais
- During daytime hours (roughly 11am-8pm), the ED, hallway beds, and Fast Track are often completely full. Night shifts are significantly slower
APP coverage
- 110am - 10pm only
- No night coverage required
Cerner EMR
