Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in a vibrant regional healthcare setting in the Midwest. This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership while collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patient health across all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities: Provide, delegate, evaluate, and coordinate professional nursing care using the nursing process. Offer physical and psychosocial support to patients, their families, and friends during critical moments.

Education and Certification

Registered Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications to be completed within 1 year.
Completion of TNCC certification for Emergency Room specialization.
