Seeking a full-time Board Eligible / Board Certified Medical Oncology and Hematology physician to join a busy, established practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incoming physician will integrate into a robust program with strong community connections and opportunities for outreach across multiple regional locations.

Seeking a full-time Board Eligible / Board Certified Medical Oncology and Hematology physician to join a busy, established practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incoming physician will integrate into a robust program with strong community connections and opportunities for outreach across multiple regional locations.
Candidate Profile:
- MD/DO, fellowship-trained in Hematology-Oncology
- Board Eligible / Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology
- Active or eligible Indiana medical license
- BLS (American Heart Association) required or obtainable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to collaborative care
- Desire to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners
- Clinic schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Inpatient hospitalist rotation: 1:8
- Weekend and holiday call: 1:8
- Outpatient volume: Gradual ramp-up to 21 patients per day within two years
- Inpatient rounding: 25-35 patients per list
- Own weekday call coverage
- Optional outreach to regional sites including Carmel, Columbus, Mooresville, Plainfield, Putnam County, Lafayette, Crawfordsville, Decatur County Hospital, Major Hospital, and Rush Hospital
- Strong specialty support staff in a high-volume, established practice
