Job Description and Requirements

Schedule and Contract

Shift: Day Shift
Start Time: 6:30 AM
Schedule: 3×12s (36 hours/week)
On-Call Requirement:
- 16 hours weekend call + 24 hours weekday call per 4-week period
- 30-minute response time
- Weekend call is in addition to scheduled weekend shifts
- Scheduled to work two shifts every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Active California RN License
CPR certification
Minimum 3 years recent RN experience
Minimum 2 years recent OR specialty experience
Must have SCRUB experience
Required OR experience:
- Orthopedic
- Neuro
- Robotics

Preferred Skills

Experience managing complex surgical cases
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to high-risk and fast-paced OR environments
