Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Non-Bedside Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform the nursing process with a focus on safety and therapeutic communication within a clinic setting. As a leader in clinical environments, you will ensure the efficient and appropriate administration of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute nursing processes in a patient-centered manner.
- Assume leadership responsibilities in various clinical settings.
- Support and uphold University Health and clinic departmental standards and policies.
- Promote a safe and effective healthcare environment for all patients.
Education and Experience: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred. Candidates with the following certifications will be prioritized:
- American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support.
- Health Care Provider certification.
Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners is required.
