Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established guidelines and protocols.

Evaluate test results for precision and quality, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Meticulously document all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members or students, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Create and uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of employment. Continuously maintain your certification throughout your time with us.

Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve effectively in fast-paced conditions.
