Job Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create tailored therapy strategies that empower them to achieve their functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers regarding effective therapy techniques to facilitate continuous advancement at home.
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on course.

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
