Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding imaging team. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, ensuring each step is communicated with warmth and clarity
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Diligently document procedures and maintain patient records using the electronic medical record system
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferred: Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
