Minimal pediatrics (1–5/year; peds not required).Auto-Offer Requirement:• Open-book pass/fail skills exam during Friday orientation• 90% required to pass (resources provided)Radius and Eligibility Rules:• 50-mile radius enforced (driver’s license required at submission)• Candidates cannot be employed FT/PT/PRN with any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility• Artificial nails prohibited in patient care areas (non-compliance = termination)Floating:Yes – 6E, Acute Rehab, Geriatric PsychUnit Culture:Team-focused, positive attitude required.
