Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will travel to patients' homes to provide essential nursing care following the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) and in compliance with physician orders.

Qualifications

1. Valid state driver's license
2. Automobile liability insurance
3. Seat belt usage is required while driving
4. Reliable transportation in good working condition
5. Ability to drive in all weather conditions
6. Current LPN license in the state of employment
