Minimum Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certification/eligibility based on education and specialty
Certifications: BLS or ACLS upon hire in an acute care hospital; BLS or ACLS within 90 days of hire in an ambulatory clinic
Licensure: Valid license to practice in Colorado; Valid DEA in Colorado
