HealthPlus is assisting a growing Community Health group in Newark, NJ on their search for a Medical Assistant (MA) to join their team. The ideal candidate holds 5+ years of experience and is comfortable leading as well as taking initiative.

Location: Newark, NJ
Position: Full-Time Medical Assistant (MA)
Duties: Day to day clinical support
Schedule: Would consider 3 (12h) shifts per week, or 4-5 days per week (8h).
Support Staff: Other providers on staff.
Compensation: Competitive salary + bonuses and full benefits. Can provide details during interview.
Start date: Fast credentialing. Can get someone started and working within 30 days.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in Clinical Care (Primary Care, Urgent Care, and/or Community Health)
- Must be able to lead, take initiative, and have a strong background
- Must be efficient in documentation and blood drawing
