Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.Responsibilities:•\tScreen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate•\tDevelop and update treatment/discharge plans of care•\tDocument services accurately and timely•\tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts•\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families•\tMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standardsQualifications:•\tGraduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)•\tActive state PT license (or ability to obtain)•\tStrong communication, documentation, and clinical skills•\tFlexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
